Amazon Cruise ,a Sea Day

My goodness we had a very lazy sea day today; although we were up fairly early. espacially since we were to set our clock ahead an hour and we forgot. We have so many things to think about here daily. Like what will we have for breakfast, then somehow it is lunch time, now what do we eat? Then after a nap on our deck it is time for dinner and another terrible job of deciding what to have for Dinner. What a strenuous life. !!🙂

I left the breakfast table this morning so that I could go to the Digital Workshop to "try" to learn how to make a video of our photos.  I think I need to go back again, and again, then maybe again.

Today was the Mariners Lunchon in the main dining hall. It was very good, a limited menu but after our appatiser there was a choice of 3 entree's.  Then we finished up with a Lemon Tart which was very sweet and tart but delicious.

After an afternoon nap on our deck and watching the clouds roll by we had to get dressed up again for Formal Night. Then after Dinner we went to the Show Lounge to listen to a Piano Virtuoso.

The guest Pianist was David Howorth, originally from Manchester, England and now lives in Texas. He could really rock that Grand Piano. He played everything from Bach to Mozart, to Jerry Lee Lewis and Lady Gaga; and a lot in between. He ended his performance with a couple of Liberache tunes complete with a very sparkly top coat on and a candelabra on the piano.

We have now sailed 1989 nautical miles and are travelling at 16.3 knots.

Tomorrow we will be anchored just off Devils Island. We had a map left for us tonight of the Island, showing the trails and buildings.  Apparently the proper name for it is Ile Royale. Anyway we will take the tender over and see what the walking is like; hopefully it doesn't rain.
