We woke up this morning really late for us; well for Bob. We showered, dressed then we had to go to the Lido for our breakfast since we were so late.
At 2:00PM I was invited to the wine tasting for all 4 & 5 Star Mariners. 5 large glasses of 5 different wines and no lunch and I had to walk back to our cabin. I sure hope no one was behind me
!!!
At 3:00PM we went to the Dive In and both had Burgers & Fries; huge, one would have done both of us.
Next back to dinner at 5:45PM, I had a fruit medley to start and then baked cod. Bob had chilled soup, and then liver & onions and he had sugar free ice-cream for dessert.
Sleep, eat, eat & sleep 🙂thats about all we did all day; we should soon be caught up on our sleeping.
After dinner we went to the Showroom to hear David Pengelly who was our entertainer this evening. He sings, plays the Ukulele and is also a great comedic story teller. He put on a great show accompanied
at times by the Hal Cats.
From there I went up to the Lido and got a glass of ice water; and a glass of ice for Bob to add water. I didn't dare try to carry 2 ful glasses with
water as there were heavy swells and so walking was tricky. Oh, maybe it was still left over staggering from the wine tasting !!! 😀 I
arrived back to our stateroom nd Bob was already in bed and asleep; I'm sure I wasn't gone 10 minutes.
So here we go, to sleep again.
